I haven't heard back - I have no idea what we're supposed to do, aside from emailing Steven.

I had the same problem with the New Haven, CT concert which was last night. Basically what I did...after trying to email several times....was to just bring a bunch of food. I kind of found the back entrance and told someone there that I had food for Amanda and her crew. They showed me down to the dressing rooms where I set up the food on a table for them, chatted with them for a while, and then left to enjoy the concert. Amanda is amazing in person of course....so nice! My only suggestion would be to get the food and try to find someone to tell that it's for them. Usually anyone on the venue staff can pass a message to them to let them know. I did that and just hoped that it would work or else I would be stuck with a lot of food! But it did work, so maybe it will work for you too. Don't expect any answers back from the email, I never did hear back at all.

I got an email back from Steven for the Raleigh show last weekend. I was ready with a full menu, but was asked to only bring a few things on it...the reply came a day before the show, which wasn't very much time to get things together if I was going to go all out...I know keeping up with all the emails has to be tough, oh yeah, on top of performing in the show. Part of Steven's note mentioned it'd be nice to have things they could take with them. Their fridge on the bus is small, so baked goods might be a big winner. TJN

i wrote about a week ago also, and haven't heard back. but the show i'm supplying for isn't until december 15th. if i were you i would just show up early with your food and present it to whom it may concern.

when i wrote steven about handling fliers(early in oct), it took about 4 weeks to get a reply with the file to print out.

Thanks a lot everybody, I was getting so nervous because I'd really like to meet Amanda. Hopefully the people at the Paradise Lounge are kind folk. My experience with Boston club employees has not been the best ... But again, thanks, and thanks a bunch to Cathy, that really helped.
