@ Lizz-Makes: (1) 8” loaf

Prep: 5 min

Bake: 37-45 min

Ingredients

2 Cups Ice Cream (softened)

1 1/2 Cups SELF-RISING flour(or All Purpose Flour w/Additives Listed Above)

STIR together softened ice cream and flour JUST until moistened. Spoon batter into greased and floured (or Bakers Joy for a shortcut) 8×4 loaf pan.

* Optional* Sprinkle top with granulated sugar.

BAKE at 350* (325* for dark coated pans) for 37-45 OR until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove bread from pan and let cool on a rack.
