Hi Dave, looks like - from your photo - that you've got a Big Green Egg. I was given one in the spring and am still trying to get the hang of it. Roasting tomatoes on it? Bet that's delicious!

Hi Dave, checked in with a bunch of farmers who work for us, and they said the best way to get your garlic clean is to harvest when the soil is relatively dry and use a brush to get loose dirt off right away. After drying, clip roots and clean with a glove or brush. Hope that helps!
