I was simply inviting people to a place that hand cooks each meal and treats their visitors to free music and art as part of the whole experience of sharing food music and art, not a plug for us since we play for free. We play there because we believe in their philosophy of creating good wholesome food with a dose of good wholesome art. I have never made a penny off of any of my music, to date it has been donated to support food pantries and soldiers who have been horribly wounded in wars that nobody cares about. I hope that this explains my open invitation to share my music with all of your members and apologize if you feel used or spammed.

Thanks for the welcome! I do already have four hens, so I immediately checked out and joined the Backyard chickens group. When I wanted to come back and check out homegrown.org a little further, I forgot that it was .org... Homegrown.com is definitely NOT about veggies.
Thanks for being a friend! I just love this site I am so glad I found it that I'm telling all of my homegrown friends about it. If you get a chance stop by and give my videos a listen, hope you like them too.
Hi Cornelia! The Globe article is actually a couple years old, but I came across it in a Google alert because it featured one of my co-workers (and I track media hits as part of my job in Communications).

Hey Cornelia! Great to hear from you. We are still new to the Bay area, so I'm still settling in and trying to get the lay of the 'food land'. Still in awe over the fact that avocados are now LOCAL... and there's a persimmon season of all things!! :-0 Stay in touch, and if you come out west for any reason, do let me know!
thanks for your "hello" awhile back! the back yard projects were on hold while i took a road trip to california, but now i'm back and getting back into the swing of things. :)
Thank you for the comment, Cornelia! I won't be able to make tonight to the Hayes Valley Farm event, UNFORTUNATELY! But thank you, it would be great to meet you and the folks at Hayes Valley Farm.
thank you Cornelia! Hoping to erect a full garden this year, living on a property with fruit trees and deers aplenty. Would definitely keep the page updated and glean the site for information!!!
Thanks Cornelia! Done and done. I am waiting for the snow to melt today so I can get out and take some new photos...I will continue to add them since I have found a place where people might learn from my experiences and/or get excited about a picture of a head of lettuce! :)

Thanks! My husband spoils me, and the greenhouse could not be so awesome if it weren't for him!
