24 maraschino cherries (drained; reserve juice)
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp reserved juice
1tsp vanilla extract
1-1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 pkg chocolate candy coating (ex. Almond Bark)
Yield: 2 dozen cookies
