Salad Days

This is my first year growing during the winter (yeah I can still call it winter in Austin) and my first year to start everything from seeds.

I've had successes and failures - but my favorite success has been lettuce and spinach. Yesterday, as I was eating my lunch - I realized it all came from my back yard (with the exception of the vinaigrette dressing). These moments keep me growing.
