Found on Flickr courtesy of bvcphoto - Rhubarb-infused vodka! Basically, let good vodka and a half-dozen stalks of rhubarb steep for a couple of weeks and serve over ice!

I'm glad you found that rhubarb infused vodka interesting! Vodka infusions are really, really simple, I explain a little more in depth in my blog post about it.

So far, the best use I've found for it is to juice some lemons, make some tart lemonade, and add two oz rhubarb vodka (+/-) to a tall glass. Absolutely delicious, and there's something about the distinctly unique sourness of the lemon and rhubarb that compliment each other...
