Pizza with Asparagus, Leeks, Country Ham and Eggs

I admit it's become pretty easy to turn to the contents of my Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm share box and create our family's Friday Night Pizza.  The flavor of fresh veggies just rocks, and it's fun to try new ways to enjoy them.

But sometimes I have failures, and that's part of life.

You can read about it here (there's a recipe, too).

Kirsten: I love any all pizzas with egg. I also love failures that keep us humble—and keep us trying again! Thanks, as always, for sharing your triumphs and your tribulations.

Jennifer, I'm so happy to see you're successful with the egg on pizza. I saw a lovely beet pizza by Naomi . . . now I'll need to search it out--the photos were stunning--with halved soft boiled eggs laid on the pizza, which may be a solution for me.  Here it is:  http://www.bakersroyale.com/savory/beet-crust-pizza/  how gorgeous is that?
