Celebrate the culture of agriculture & share skills (Growing! Cooking! Eating!)

There's a new regional sustainability center in development. Check out www.northcountrysustain.org and see some of the plans we have. We have a wonderful opportunity to purchase and old stable and mill complex to create a sustainable ag/farmer's market/art center as well as an exhibition facility. We need to know if we can help you, or you can help us. Please look through the site, and spread the word. It's exciting, but there's a lot to be done to make it a reality.

This is great news, Pat! Food folks in Cambridge are trying to get a community kitchen built. You should get in touch to share resources / models / information: http://www.cambridgecommunitykitchen.org/

Thanks for letting me know. I'll check in with them and see if there's some way we can help each other.
Some of what we're thinking about doing is very similar, but some of it is very different. Makes sense since we have very different communities to serve. Thanks again.
