Our Past 5 Brews

Last night, while we were transferring our Gojo Wheat brew, we had a tasting of our past 5 homebrews. From left to right: Lemongrass Wheat, Summertime Kolsch, People's Pilsner, Pale Ale, and Belgian White.

It was interesting to try them all together and it really helped shape what we liked (and disliked) about each. I think we are going to remake a few of them with slight changes.

Looks yummy. I wish I had the dicipline it takes to save some of the previous beers but I'm lucky if I still have beer when my newest batch is kegged. I blame it all on my freeloading friends;-) They like beer and mine is not only good, it's free!

Thanks! It is hard to save them, especially once your friends find out you're making beer, but we started a 'savings account' of beer for each batch, setting some aside when we bottle.
