Hemp Protein

Is made from the seeds of the hemp plant and contains unique nutrients including vegetable protein, fatty acids, fiber, vitamin E and a ton of minerals. Everything your body needs inside and out to help fight free radicals and strengthen a healthy immune system is found in hemp protein.

Hemp protein powder is dried and processed at a low temperature without the use of chemicals in order to retain an optimal number of naturally occurring nutrients. Hemp contains high-quality plant proteins called Edestin and Albumin. Edestin is a globulin legumin protein that is similar to the human body’s own globular proteins found in blood plasma, making it compatible with the human digestive system and producing antibodies that maintain a healthy immune system. Albumin protein is another high quality globulin protein and is similar to that found in egg whites. Albumin is highly digestible and helps the body fight free radicals.

Hemp protein contains all of the 20 known amino acids — including 9 essential amino acids (EAAs). These amino acids are labeled “essential” because the human body can’t produce them on its own. A diet that is deficient of (EAAs) may lead to degenerative conditions. It also contains the minerals: magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, platinum, phosphorus, sulphur, boron, nickel, germanium, tin, iodine, chromium, silver and lithium.
