CSA Cookoff: Braised radishes and peas, whole wheat couscous with arugula, olives and goat cheese

The challenge: to make a meal with ingredients from this week's farm share. Share consists of: golden beets, baby carrots, strawberries, peas, arugula, broccoli, green leaf lettuce, collard greens, radishes and parsley.

The result: Braised radishes and peas, whole wheat couscous with arugula, olives and goat cheese. Braised radish recipe adapted from Deborah Madison's Braised Red Radishes recipe.

The process (click through to Flickr for the words of the recipe):

What I would have done differently:
More fresh herbs and - for the love of all that is juicy - add some cherry tomatoes to that couscous!

What would YOU have made with these ingredients?
