More anticipating-the-start-of-CSA-season-freezer-raiding here!
I whipped up a cheesy rich gooey enchilada dish using Hatch chile and bell peppers I'd put up last Fall plus ripe avocados. For me, the biggest reason why I can't be 100% local is avocados. And olive oil. And tea. And bananas. And --- heck, the list is so long--but avocados top it.
