These are good. Winter or summer! I shred and freeze the Squashzilla that appears in my garden, uninvited but certainly welcomed, and use it to stretch meat as well as in muffins and waffles.

Um, GENIUS! I love that you've taken sneaking veggies past pasta into waffles. Because if bacon and chocolate can go into waffles, why not squash? You've just throw my waffle horizon wide open.
