We got our beef recently, a locally-raised grass-fed steer who had a penchant for dandelions. Wow! Love the categories. Bratknödel, here we come! Not that you need any more suggestions(!), but I did really love this meatball recipe from the New York Times' "City Kitchen" column. Looks pretty similar to the Moroccan Meatball Tagine, although I did get over my inherent stinginess and dip into my precious saffron stash. That plus the other spices made these suuuuuper fragrant.
