Dry Kale With Red Onion and Spicy Peppers

Dehydrated kale is very healthy and makes a great snack! It tastes even better when you add other ingredients for more flavor and additional health benefits. Dehydrated foods are easy to digest and rich in vitamins, minerals and enzymes! 

Below: Oven dehydrated (at 130-140°) kale with red onion, cayenne pepper, sea salt and black pepper. Yummy!
