Deciding to start a farm is easy. You can do while you're drunk and most times that's probably how it's done. Following through is something else entirely. Do I really want this much responsibility? We could just buy organic produce from other small farmers... why go through all the trouble? In my case, it's personal. I want to know how it's done.
