Has anyone recycled discarded produce from supermarkets and maybe even restaurants to use as a source of compost? I was considering this as one of our projects to develop the compost for our bucket brigade and maybe even resale as a fund raiser at our local farmers market and maybe if viable, as a small cottage industry for my NPO.
