I often get asked "What do I do if my kid/spouse/guinea pig won't eat _______ [insert name of vegetable]?"
While pondering what to do with a new-to-us vegetable in the CSA box, celeriac, I wrote up a list of tips that have worked for us over the past 9 CSA seasons. No tricks, though--the whole family knows what's in the meal.

Before I give you my recipe I need to be very clear. ALFALFA is considered a "high risk crop." This means that Alfalfa is on of the top 10 Genetically Modified plants in the US.
