- Hello! I'm an aspiring farmer and writer living in Madison, Wisconsin. When not pursuing my farm dream, I advocate for farm to school programs, makes goat cheese at a small family farm in the quiet, rolling hills of Wisconsin and writes about all aspects of food. I'm a geek in all aspects, so I enjoy melting food policy facts with the experiences of actually cultivating the food we eat. I cooks anything she can get my hands on, brew hard apple cider with gleaned apples each fall, eat Wisconsin cheese and corresponds via old-fashioned letters with far away friends until the cows come home.
