We are on this journey of striving to live a self-sufficient lifestyle. Our goal is to be able to grow most of what we consume. Currently we are raising our own beef, lamb, and yard eggs and growing our own vegtables and fruits.

Braised lamb, smothered turnips, fresh garden green salad, and homemade sourdough bread.
