A bit about me:
"cube" farmer ? containers ? currently working 80 sq ft raised beds 5 15 gal containers --- restarting 18 X18 dirt garden but that is in project mode ----
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
last night! Grilled Chick thighs marinated in garlic (cooks like butter!) grilled fresh corn in husk blk beans w goat cheese - I make this with a green (homegrown/made) salsa--- mild salsa but quite nice with the beans/cheese --this can expand to a platter tha becomes a nice chip/dip --works good at room temp !
