A bit about me:: I am a geographer/environmental planner turned nutritionist turned sustainable food educator and program developer; but always an advocate of all things natural and against the chemicalization of our world.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: Grilled chicken sausage and asparagus with sautéed spinach and tossed in a cranberry vinaigrette and topped with toasted walnuts.

Speaking of, your “eat green specials” chalkboard sounds like such a fantastic and fun way to teach kids about healthy food. Any chance you’d be game to share photos and a description of it in our member blog, The Stew? The Stew is also a good place for sharing photos and recipes of your home cooking—say, your grilled chicken sausage and accompaniments, a meal that is making my mouth water uncontrollably as I type.
