Fill in the blank:: Small town outdoorsman and DIY nut.

A bit about me:: Not much to tell. Born and raised in a small oilfield town in southwest New Mexico. I have always felt more at home and happier in the outdoors. My wife and I chose to raise our family in the same town where we were born to stay close to other family members.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: BBQ ribs with bakes potatoes and grilled veggies and baked pears for dessert.

Currently reading:: The Lord of the Rings

Currently listening to:: Classic Rock

My latest DIY project:: Working on an awning for my back patio.

I hope you’ll share photos of your own oven when you build it! In the meantime, don’t be shy about sharing recipes and photos of your BBQ ribs and other home-cooked deliciousness in our member blog, The Stew.
