Farm Girl Turned Urban Extraordinaire
A bit about me:
Originally from the family farm in Upstate New York, I recently moved to Boston to attend Northeastern University as a journalism major/music industry minor. I have a love of all things music, writing and the great outdoors! My first co-op internship was at Farm Aid, where I was introduced to the stellar inner-workings of HOMEGROWN.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Black Bean Veggie Burgers with Grilled Veggies and a Basil/Rosemary Sweet Potato Side...Nom Nom!
Currently reading:
The Plague - Albert Camus
Currently listening to:
Modest Mouse, The Meters, Fela Kuti, Foxygen, Allah-Las, Rubblebucket, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, the list goes on and on...
My latest DIY project:
There isn't much past cooking projects, but hopefully change is on its way!
