I am a former chef and professional baker. I grow food, garden for work sometimes, helped start a 5 acre CSA in suburbia, and teach food preservation. I am passionate about canning, sewing and farming. Next up: Mead and Gluten Free beer.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Kohlrabi Fennel slaw with Rhubarb vinaigrette or
Pork Chops (from farmer raised piggies), fried and slathered in my own peach lavender jam served with mixed squashes sauteed with garlic and thyme.
