A bit about me:

Living the dream one raised bed at a time. Hope to own a small farm of my own some day, but for now I've got a flock of chickens and some crops in the frontyard.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:

Carmelized baby vidalias and leek tops in olive oil with coyote squash on rice and garnished with salt, pepper and roasted cashews.

Champlain's Dream (research for a book), Building Chicken Coops for Dummies, and the second book in the Patrick Rothfuss series.
