- I love health and nutrition and I am in the medical field. I love to eat organic whenever possible. I enjoy shopping at Whole Foods but finding it a challenge in this economy. Finding local fresh food is an interest of mine as well as cooking. I would like to go and pick produce as well but don't know where in central FL I can do this.
- Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
- I made tabouli and couldn't stop eating it. Every bite was full of healthy and nutritious organic parsley, tomatoes and I added cucumber for an added crunch. Yummy

- That ripe papya is a great mask for your skin? It gently exfoliates leaving a smother glowing face. Mash well and put on face for 20 min, rinse with tepid water
