- A bit about me:
- My hubby and I currently live on a 23 acre ranch. We are downsizing so no longer have our alpacas, mini horses, mini donkeys and goats - just horses, dogs, cats. My pride is my 2500 sq ft garden with raised beds. I try to make everything from scratch, including cleaning and beauty supplies. Also love to do leather work.

- Pork roast with cabbage, sweet potatoes, onions and apples all cooked in my solar oven.
