Fill in the blank:: working towards 100% homegrown

A bit about me:: I'm just a newbie to this whole homegrown, self sufficiency stuff and I'm renting right now with plans on moving soon so I can't do as much as I'd like. So I figure do research now and plan for the time when I can do what I want.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: shredded spicy chicken in the pressure cooker - from that I did tacos, and nachos and enchiladas

It sounds like you’re already a pressure cooker pro (hello, spicy shredded chicken!), but if you haven’t tried canning, it might be right up your alley. On that note, you might take a spin through the HOMEGROWN 101 library for other apartment-friendly projects—or post one of your own!
