Please thank your son-in-law for me! My jaw dropped when I read “building an insulated constant temperature micro-environment for fermenting beer and wine.” That sounds AMAZING. In fact, it sounds like something HOMEGROWN folks would want to know about. Any chance I could twist your arm into writing up a HOMEGROWN 101 (our how-to series) on how you built it?
