A bit about me:
I love to grow our groceries! Organic gardening, raised beds, preserving the harvest, small animals and making do with what we have. A Japanese-and-American family living in the Pacific Northwest corner of the USA.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Salmon caught and frozen by Hubby-san, rice, homegrown veggies, and peach cobbler (with home canned peaches). Yum!
Currently reading:

Currently listening to:
Night on Bare Mountain, by Mussorgsky
My latest DIY project:
Replacing all of our rotting garden beds with new wood and new soil. About half-way done!
