- A bit about me:
- Nicole, 35, live in northeastern Indiana with my husband and my cat. I am currently a job-hunter (looking for part-time office/clerical, ideally) and an Etsy/Artfire shop owner. I’m an introverted Leo (what a combo, huh?), organized procrastinator, childfree by choice, agnostic, yogi, bookworm, crafter, perpetual dreamer, and work-in-progress.

- I recently made a grilled chicken bacon ranch pizza (Mother Earth News recipe) with homemade ranch dressing and crust from scratch. It was so delicious!

- My latest DIY project:
- Baking my own bread! No bread machine necessary. I either make a no-knead crusty loaf recipe or I do it the old-fashioned way. Kneading is quite therapeutic, I'm finding.
