A bit about me:

I currently work a pretty decent 9-5 gig, but dream all day of my future little farm. I long for chickens, goats, happy dogs.  I dream of my son spending his days outside, dirty fingernails, bugs in jars. I dream of a much different life and plot my escape everyday. I know it will happen someday soon. 

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:

Fresh green beans and potatoes from the garden, coleslaw from the last cabbage, chicken cutlets, sliced fresh homegrown tomatoes and cucumbers and freshly baked whole wheat bread
