A bit about me:
Fortunate to live in a place where CSA comes year round. It's a relief to have my meals decided for me each week. My 3 kids are mostly grown and together with my husband they declare that I have "ruined" them for any other kind of cuisine!
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Eggplant sandwich a la a Shady Grove, Austin.
Pasta with fresh tomatoes, basil and garlic.
Shall I go on...we cook every nite!

Gather Up:

1 Recipe Pastry Dough, rolled into a 12 inch round and chilled

1/3 cup fresh Basil Pesto

1 ½ cups fresh corn, blanched and cut off cobs

3 heirloom tomatoes, assorted colors, sliced

½ cup mild white cheese, Monterey jack or your choice

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
