"Wine storage coolers work great. Most you can adjust the humidity if not put a small bowl of water in the bottom and change every 3 days with fresh. I use one for aging my Blue Pyrenees separate from my other cheese so there is no cross between the…"

Cheese caves

Hello all! I have recently begun my cheese making journey and was wondering what the best makeshift cheese cave was? I have read a wine cellar, I have not gone out to look at them yet, but can anyone tell me if the humidity can be adjusted on them? I know the temperature in a wine fridge is about right but wondered about humidity... thanks!
