A bit about me:: I grew up in a gardening family. Once it gets in your blood, it's hard to live without it. As I've aged, I've had to cut down on the size so container gardening has become a great solution for me.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: Saucy new potatoes with jalapenos, onions, garlic and turkey ham.

Currently reading:: Love in the Time of Cholera

Currently listening to:: KAXE Noorthern Community Radio. Our local community membership radio station. Real people playing the music want to be heard!

My latest DIY project:: Tailoring some clothes, blanching vegees for the freezer, knitting presents for the holidays
