A bit about me:

I live in a rural area and we raise chickens for the eggs, sell the extra eggs, raise a good sized garden and for everything else we either go to a pick your own or go down the road to a produce stand.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:

grilled eggplant sandwiches and stewed yellow squash

planning to pick blueberries to make jam, baked goods and freeze some for later.
