Fill in the blank:
Going green, local/sustainable, culinary arts student
A bit about me:
I am studying to obtain chef certification. One of the things I have seen that is important to America is the movement to improve food & nutrition in schools. A campaign started by Slow Food Usa To "Give Kids the School Food They Deserve" and named Time for Lunch reverberates the message. One of the most important things everyone can do is send an email to their Legislators and this is the link that makes it so simple for anyone to sign the letter: http://org2.democracyinaction.org/o/5986/p/dia/action/public/?actio...
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Thanksgiving Feast

My Blog

I want to invite everyone to share a blog I started since starting Culinary School. It is about things of interest to me I discovered alongside of my studies to be a Chef.
