A bit about me:: Own a small grocery store in St. Louis called Maude's Market. We sell sells local, environmentally sustainable and socially responsible produce, meats, staple items and delicious treats.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: Ground buffalo with asparagus. Tatsoi with white balsamic vinegar. And spicy quinoa.
