Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Boil yukon golds cut in chunks in chix broth or veggie broth, fry up hot italian sausage, drain and set aside, add crushed garlic clove, sautee spinach in same pan, add meat & spinach to potatoes in broth, season w/salt & pepper, add any beans you like (pea, northern etc.), shake on parmesan cheese. Eat with hearty bread. Yum!

I think I am tooo old for contacts...just trying to type and look around and not step on the garlic ;o)...p.s...new blog, mostly boring, but still trying to do one a week. Hey there!!! OUT OF GARLIC?! Heavens!!! Just so happens I have some left!! Now, if I can find a box!!!.....if the stars line up just so....maybe I can get some up to you--there's no way I can use it all!!
