A bit about me:
Been cooking all my life and in the last decade or so have combined it with my strong environmental beliefs, about a year ago I started a blog check it out, you'll get the real dirt on me and my passions...
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
homemade pizza - my favorite new one - a kind of ode to the lower east side - thin crust (Alice Water's crust recipe) baked with a thin layer of herb ricotta - then fresh out of the oven topped with smoked white fish and garnished with lots of purple scallions from the green market and a splash of lemon juice
