Life is like a box of chocolates ya never know what you're going to get. Cliche I know but so true for my life.

A bit about me:

I am a Widow my husband passed in Feb. of 2010. I have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren.
Amatuer Photographer, Organic Gardener, Digital Artist, Baker , love animals seems if there is an orphan they find there way to my property. People say I'm a good friend my children say I was a good Mother and my Grandchildren love me.
I have met someone his name is Tim and he is a good man so I am happy.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:

Believe it or not Tuna Cakes, times are hard and we don't have alot of money so I found a recipe and they were darn good, pair that with tomatoe salad with tomatoes from our own garden, throw in a few extra veges in the mix and you have a meal fit for a King and Queen!

Hmmm, well I don't know if you would call it a DIY, but i am currently putting ideas together for baked goods at our local Farmers Market.
