A bit about me:

Spent seven years working on an organic dairy that closed down in 2009. Own my own home now, and am converting the side yard into a organic vegetable garden. Eventually I will convert half of the front yard to growing food, and, hopefully, will be able to have three chickens.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:

Grilled vegetables and chicken.
