I've had a garden since I was 10, yup 45 years. My dad gave me a 4 x 4 spot back then.. told me to plant what I wanted, take care of it and pick and eat it. I've been hooked ever since. Obviously my garden has expanded since then! I garden organic exclusively and haven't eaten red meat since 1980. Single mom of 3 adult boys, with 1 living at home. I bought a 120 yr old house 3 years ago and moved my gardens and ponds.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Stir fry fresh from the garden (except for the ginger)
