- A bit about me:
- I'm 64 years old. I grew up in South West Virginia but have spent most of my life here in the Piedmont of central NC.
We live near Asheboro NC in the Uwharrie National Forest on a very secluded tract of land consisting of several acres. We grow most all our food on several plots . This summer 2010 we canned, froze and dehydrated nearly 1200 quarts of food. We also have 4 hives of honey bees, one top bar and three standard hives
