I love fermentation
A bit about me:
I make my living as a master plumber on lower Cape Cod. I have entered an apprenticeship of a another kind. My other trade is Peace on my planet. My mentors now are books, articles, public radio, and souls that enter my day. I have recently picked up Sador Katz's "Art of Fermentation" and am trying new things, i.e. Sour Kraut, sour dough bread (I am pretty good with that) and am currious about Kefir. Have tried commercial versions but the real stuff is made at home, as all real stuff is. Anyway I have this dream that if I could learn to teach and share with people in my community about making more stuff at home this would be a way to increase awareness and tolerance and increase World Peace; my ultimate goal. Thank you

Last night; Favorate organic vegtable of the the day, (that is to say what we have on hand) saute`d in the wok, served on a bed of Quinoa

Hi, Leigh: You should definitely join the Boston-area HOMEGROWN group. That way, you can post a question within that group, asking other Cape Codders to message you (or they can just reply via comment). Hope this helps—and if I come across other folks near you, I'll introduce you!
