Hi, Kurt. Welcome to HOMEGROWN! My name is Jennifer, and I'm the flock tender here (site updater and tweaker, feeder and waterer of content). I love that you found us from Ontario—I think HOMEGROWN's Canadian contingent is growing by the week—and I love that you were listening to Willie Nelson! Here on the site, you can always find the latest additions at the top of the homepage, and if you’ve ever got questions, please don't hesitate to leave a comment on my profile page or shoot me a message. I hope you feel right at home!

hi kurt, i see that you requested to join perma-curious. it's not a regular discussion group but rather a reading group-- we are reading Bill Mollison's Permaculture Manual and we are already quite a ways in, so the group is closed. (unless you have already read it.) feel free to read our discussions, they are open for viewing, though it might not make much sense without the book.
if you are looking for a general permaculture discussion group, check out

good luck with your project!
