"Also remember when your Maple releases it helicopters. They too are very tasty. Gather them up clean the wings from them. They are much like sweet peas. Boil in water and salt and pepper add some OLIVE Oil and Dine. Delicous!"

A bit about me:
Love to forage explore and eat in a healthy way. Primal Diet. Lots of Vegetables and fruit, very lean meat once a day. No alcohol, No Sugar, No grains or processed foods in any form.
Latest greatest meal cooked at home:
Salmon with balsamic vinegar, orange peel and grated ginger served on a bed of greens to inclued dandilion. Yummy!
