Fill in the blank:: Partial homesteader.

A bit about me:: Am an avid canner, gardener, and rescuer of dog breeds with bad rep's (Dobermans, Rottweillers)and am trying to homestead as much as possible while working a full time job.

Latest greatest meal cooked at home:: Risotto with garden summer squash, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and fresh grated parmesan.

Currently reading:: Reacher novels by Lee Child

Currently listening to:: Going retro with Earth, Wind & Fire.

My latest DIY project:: My husband and I built a sauna/half-bath out by the pool.
